Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit Card or PayPal:
Simply add the piece to your cart here on my website, and you’ll be prompted at checkout to enter your credit card or PayPal details. :)
Venmo, Cash or Check:
If you’d like to checkout using Venmo, cash or check, email me at chelsea@chelsealang.com. Please note that cash and check are only available for local purchases.
Installment Plans
Do you offer payment plans for original artwork?
My hope for each and every painting is that they find their way to their forever home, so if you have fallen in love with a painting, I want to you to have it! My installment plans are interest-free and do not add to the cost of your painting.
Just reach out to me at chelsea@chelsealang.com with the name of your piece and the number of months you’d like to pay over. I’ll get back to you with your first invoice and terms, and once the first installment has been paid the piece will be reserved for you. The minimum monthly payment is $100.
When the painting has been paid for in full, the painting will be delivered to you.
If for any reason you stop making payments or change your mind, payments made are non-refundable. However, payments can be applied to another painting of equal value to the total amount paid.
Shipping
Are there any additional fees to ship my work?
All ground shipping to the continental US is included in the prices you see here on my website. For expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, please contact me at chelsea@chelsealang.com.
How fast will my order ship?
Occasionally, artwork will be listed on my site while it is still drying, or artwork requires special packaging in order to keep your shipment safe. If this is the case I’ll contact you as soon as your order is placed to give you an estimate on how quickly your painting will be on its way to you. Otherwise you can expect to receive a tracking number within one week of placing your order.
Do you insure paintings during shipping?
All artwork is insured when it is shipped, and exceptional care is taken to make sure your work is safe from any risk while in transit. When you receive your artwork, please inspect the delivery before signing for it to ensure that no damage has occurred during shipping. If you notice any damage, decline the signature and notify me ASAP so that I can assess any damage.
